What Is HIIT?
The accurately poetic acronym HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. A HIIT workout mixes shorts bursts of activity with even shorter rest periods. Ideally, you work to your maximum capacity during the short bursts of activity, hence the use of “high intensity” to describe those intervals. Because you are pushing your limits, these workouts tend to be shorter, rarely passing the 30-minute mark.

HIIT BASICS BEGINNERS FITNESS PROGRAM

HIIT Basics is our beginners’ fitness class. If you’ve been sitting at home telling yourself you really should join a gym. Here’s your chance! This class is targeted to you even if you’ve never stepped in a gym before, or others who may have once been an avid gym member but have taken time off and would like a gentle start to get going again.
With good physical fitness comes good mental stability and with all our Covid-19 mandates over the past 2 years, we all can benefit from what a great workout can bring us. So many people are timid to enter a gym. At Yamaji, we’ve created a semi-private beginners class that teaches our members the very basics of proper form, technique, and duration. We are confident that this is exactly the program many people need to get you started on your new fitness lifestyle. We are looking for a 2-month commitment.
We originally offered 2 classes a week, however our coaches agreed that better progress is made with at least 3 workouts each week, so Yamaji is giving the option for 4 classes each week with this program!

HIIT Dance is an action dance class which combines elements of dance and aerobic together with easy muscle workout. In a funny and gentle way you will work on your fitness and body and learn new dance moves and interesting choreography as a bonus.
